[toggle title=”Answer”]Did you notice the different shapes and form in the last equation of the puzzle? Let’s solve the first hexagon shape
>>First Equation:
Shape = Hexagon, Pentagon, and a Square
⇒ Shape + Shape + Shape = 45
⇒ 3 Shape = 45
⇒ Shape = 45/3 = 15
Now we have the single Shape value i.e 15 but as we know each shapes consists of a hexagon (6 edges), pentagon (5 edges), and a square (4 edges). Total Edges, 6 + 5 + 4 = 15 which equals to 15, therefore single edge = 1.
1 Edge = 1
>>Second Equation:
⇒ Fan + Fan + Shape (15 Edges) = 23
⇒ 2Fan + 15 = 23
⇒ 2Fan = 23 – 15
⇒ 2Fan = 8
⇒ Fan = 8/2 = 4
Now, Fan (with 4 blades) equals 4 which mean each blade has one value. Therefore Fan (with 3 blades) equals 3.
Fan(4 Blades) = 4 vs Fan (3 Blades) = 3
>>Thrid Equation:
⇒ Clock + Clock + Fan (4 Blades) = 10
⇒ 2Clock + 4 = 10
⇒ 2Clock = 10 – 4
⇒ Clock = 6/2 = 3
Now Clock (showing 3 o’clock ) = 3, which mean each hour of time equals 1,
Therefore Clock (showing 2 o’clock ) = 2
>>Last Equation:
We have;
Shape (with 15 Edges) = 15, vs Shape (with 11 Edges) = 11
Fan(4 Blades) = 4 vs Fan (3 Blades) = 3
Clock (3’o clock) = 3, vs Clock (2’o clock) = 2
Equation:
⇒ Fan (4 blades) + Clock (2’o clock) × Shape (11 edges) − Fan (3 blades) = ??
⇒ 4 + 2 × 11 − 3 = ??
Now follow the order of operation: do multiplication first, therefore we get
⇒ 4 + 22 − 3 = ??
⇒ 26 − 3 = ??
⇒ 23 Answer
