ANSWER :- 4

SOLUTION :-    

Blue + Red + Red = 24   ….. (equa. 1)

Red – Blue = 6                   ….. (equa. 2 )

if We Put “RED” = 10 then 1st equation becomes,

Blue + 10 + 10 = 24 

Blue + 20 = 24

Blue = 24 – 20

Blue = 4

SO the ANSWER = 4

But to Clarify, Put “Blue = 4” in Equation (1)

RED – Blue = 6

RED – 4 =  6

that’s Means RED = 10 is CORRECT! , It satisfy the Equation(2)

SO ANSWER = 4
