  1. Smoking – Wait for couple of hours
  2. Drinking Tea – Wait at least One hour after any meal
  3. Eating fruits – It’s better you eat fruits empty stomach or 30 minutes before a meal
  4. Taking Shower – Definitely avoid it or wait for 45 to 60 minutes or it’s better to take bath before any meal
  5. Sleep – Wait at least 2 to 3 hours before going to bed
  6. Drinking water – Do not drink immediately after a meal. Drink water before or after 30 minutes, but not ice-water
