Why it’s necessary to wake up early in the morning? Why do most of the successful people encourage to be a morning guy? And what are those habits which make people more productive, active and motivate toward life?
Well, if you are reading this, that mean you really want to change your habits and life. So, are you a morning guy? Don’t worry if not, because after this article you want to be one.

They say: “If the morning is good then the day goes well.” And the best part is that constructing a sane morning is in your hand that is linked to the rest of your day you will be blessing yourself later in the afternoon.
Once you start waking up earlier, you will not only feel more calm rest of your day but will be more productive too.
How to start:
Of course, if you’re not a morning guy, it is not going to be easy for you to wake up early and change your daily routine but it’s not an impossible task.
- Just set the alarm clock and start waking up half an hour earlier from your daily routine and do this gradually until you get to your goal time.
- Allow yourself to sleep earlier, even if you think you’ll not sleep and read while in bed
- Put your alarm clock far from your bed, this will help you to just wake up. Now don’t go back and stretch yourself a little bit this will keep you stay up.
- Now force yourself to go out from the bedroom as soon as possible. Don’t allow yourself to rationalize going back to bed because you know very well how this just 5 minutes convert into 1 hour.
- Set a good reason to wake up early in the morning, in this way you will not force yourself and soon waking up earlier will become your habit.

- Don’t check your phone
- No emails
- No social media
You know what is the best part of the early morning when the day slowly gets brighter and the midnight blue turns to lighter blue, and let the sun rays fall on you. It makes you feel alive and connected you with nature.
You can go for a walk to warm up your body and then can do easy yoga practices (this is what I do daily). After this, you can do other daily routine works which are important to you.
